Invitation for Abstract Submission

The Scientific Committee of ANNUAL KARNEOCON AND SOUTH NEOCON 2026 invites submission of research papers from all NNF members desirous of presenting their work during the conference to be held from 29th – 30th August 2026 at The Chancery Pavilion, Bengaluru, Karnataka.

*Top 2 papers in each category will be selected by the abstract & organizing committee for Award Paper Presentation. The rest of the papers will go for Oral or E-poster presentation.*

The submitted papers will be evaluated by the abstract & organizing committee for their inclusion either as an “Oral Presentation” [for Free or Award] or as a “E-Poster Presentation”. The authors will be intimated through email accordingly. Those delegates desirous of presenting their work only as a poster should mark the submission as “E-POSTER ONLY”

Instructions

  1. Abstracts are to be submitted ONLY through the official conference website. Participants are required to upload their abstracts through their registered profile/dashboard on the website
  2. Full papers or hard copy submissions will not be accepted.
  3. The deadline for submission of Free / Award Paper Abstracts is 15th July 2026.
  4. Registration for the conference is mandatory if papers are accepted.
  5. Papers from non-registered participants will not be accepted.
  6. Kindly retain the acknowledgement copy received from ANNUAL KARNEOCON AND SOUTH NEOCON 2026.
